Shipping / Returns

Shipping

We will make every attempt to process your order within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, all orders placed on a Weekend, or Public Holiday, will be processed on the next available business day. In the event that a product is unavailable we will notify you by email if we cannot fulfil your order or if there will be any delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your order total.

Estimated shipping times are:

VIC, NSW, SA & ACT metro areas - 2-3 days

QLD & TAS metro areas - 3-4 Days

WA & NT metro areas - 5-6 Days

Regional areas please allow an extra few days.

By Contain will not be held responsible for lost orders, or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or not supplying enough information.

Returns

Retail

You may return items for refund, credit or exchange if they meet the below criteria:
  • All return items must be authorised by our customer service team prior to sending back to our Abbotsford warehouse. Please reach out to us at hello@bycontain.com for a Returns Form, once filled out submit to our customer service team for review and approval
  • Return requests must be lodged within 14 days of order receipt.
  • Return items must be returned to the Abbotsford warehouse within 14 days of return authorisation.
  • Once received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 7 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. We will refund you the same way you paid.
  • Orders that are sent back without the Returns Form will not be accepted
  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Return requests must include your order number, date received and your reason for return.
  • The Item/s must be undamaged and returned in a saleable condition.
  • Please note that the shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty/missing items:
  • BY CONTAIN must be made aware of faulty or missing items within 5 days of delivery, so please make sure to inspect your goods as they arrive, any claims past this point will not be accepted.
  • Please email a photo of the items clearly showing faults or details of short shipment to hello@bycontain.com and await instructions from our team.

Wholesale:

You may return items for refund, credit or exchange if they meet the below criteria.

  • Should the return be a result of change of mind, or ordering the wrong style/colour we will impose a restocking fee of $50.

On Delivery of Goods:

Please check received goods against packing slip within 10 business days of receiving.

This is especially important if the goods are to be printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated as picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can replace but once the goods are decorated we cannot exchange the goods.

Decoration Policy

BY CONTAIN is not liable to contribute to any decorating costs or pay for reprinting under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before decorating or printing. Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable. For this reason we highly recommend that you check in all orders rather than having them directly sent to your printer. We also recommend viewing products at the showroom or buying samples prior to making bulk orders.

Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing. If you are shipping orders directly to your printer ensure the printer checks the order against the packing slip as we are only human and picking errors can occur. If you find there is a picking error before the order is printed we can fix it but once the goods are printed we cannot exchange the goods.
